"...I run from St Austell to Bodmin to get the miles in ..." - Cornish athlete Paul Maskell on his ultra-running success
He made his debut for British Athletics last month, and immediately established himself as one of the best in the world at what he does.
But St Austell's Paul Maskell wasn't doing your usual type of event.
Paul was competing at the 24 Hour World Championships in France - managing to run an incredible 161 miles in the space of one extraordinary day! And for this Cornish athlete, it seems like that might just be the tip of the iceberg.
Our weekend presenter Jack Murley has been to meet him.
