A Derry woman, whose granddaughter walked past a bomb in Derry shortly before it exploded, says she's angry no one has been prosecuted one year on. Dean McLaughlin spoke with Shelly McAleer whose granddaughter was filmed on CCTV walking with friends on Bishop Street last January, just feet from the car that blew up.
