Anna Perrott, and her father John have to make a decision about the long term care of Rita, Anna's grandmother, who has dementia. She is temporarily living in a care home in Norfolk.

In this sixth episode of his series on social care, World at One reporter Andrew Bomford joins the family as they return to meet social worker Amy. After assessing Rita, she concluded that Rita needs 24 hour care. Does this mean Rita will have to permanently move in to a residential care home?
