India's coronavirus lockdown: A happy reunion for Vishal
All over India, families were separated when lockdown was suddenly sprung upon them. In one case, Vishal, a young boy from Bihar, was left with relatives while his migrant worker parents were far away, but after he was thrown out of their home he ended up sleeping in a local park with only wild dogs for company.
He could have ended up as just a statistic but, instead, a social media campaign started by a woman who was feeding the dogs has led to a happy reunion.
Inspector General Sanjay Kumar of the Bihar border control picks up the tale.
