"It just stopped, everything closed down..." - Liam Shoesmith on how the gardening team in Truro are adapting post-lockdown
The introduction of lockdown in March hit everyone hard 鈥� and for Cornwall鈥檚 gardeners, it was especially difficult.
It was right at the time of year when many plants were about to go in the ground 鈥� and now restrictions have been eased, gardening teams across the county are having to pick up the pieces and learn how to adapt to this 鈥榥ew normal鈥�.
Liam Shoesmith is one of our Gardenline gurus, as well as Truro鈥檚 head gardener.
He鈥檚 been talking our weekend presenter Jack Murley about how things have been for him 鈥� and the changes that lockdown has forced him and the team to make.
