'If you sneeze out the door of the pub, you've sneezed into Northamptonshire'
Leicester and the entire county of Leicestershire have been placed in the toughest tier of the new coronavirus restrictions which come into force next week.
The only places in the East Midlands which are in the tier 2 'high alert level' are Rutland and Northamptonshire.
They both border Leicestershire, and that's led to some confusion for Anna Raven, she's the landlady of the Wharf, which sits right on the Leicestershire/Northamptonshire border.
Harborough District Council said in a statement that they 'understand the frustrations of some businesses impacted by the restrictions'. They added that the council has 'no choice' but to follow the rules of the current tier level set for Leicestershire.
Anna spoke to Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Radio Leicester's Ady Dayman.
