Iona and Suzanne also hear from Niamh Junner, the Scottish teenager who is taking her sport by storm. At just nineteen years old, Niamh has battled her way to the no.1 spot in the World Karate Federation's female under-21s rankings. She tells 360 about her love for the sport and her goals for the future. We also hear from two inspirational women in Scottish shinty. Katie Drain and Fiona Keir have been ensuring that shinty clubs across the country are rallying round their communities to help raise awareness of mental health and the response has been remarkable.
