Great Britain grabbed seven medals - two at the velodrome as Laura Kenny and Katie Archibald took gold in the madison. There was also a sprint bronze for Jack Carlin.
The second gold of the day came thanks to Kate French in the pentathlon.
There were three medals on the track and plenty of drama as well – Laura Muir claiming 1500m silver, plus it was silver and bronze for the men’s and women’s 4x100m relay teams.
There was also a hockey bronze for GB women – their third successive Olympic medal.
Plus, as always, listen out for Steve Bunce and his Olympic hero.
