Bellator MMA returns to San Jose with the hotly anticipated promotional debut of MMA veteran and Olympic freestyle wrestling silver medallist Yoel Romero, against former light heavyweight champion Phil Davis. Davis will be looking to add to his impressive professional record which has seen him notch 22 wins from his 28 professional fights. Davis had been riding an impressive three-fight winning streak until a rare defeat in his most recent outing - a unanimous decision against reigning division champion Vadim Nemkov. Both fighters will be looking to lay down a marker in a stacked light heavyweight division.

The co-main event sees hot prospect Neiman Gracie take on Mark Lemminger in an all-American welterweight clash. Gracie has already notched 10 wins in his short professional career, nine of which have come by way of submission. Lemminger also boasts an impressive record of 12 wins from 15 fights and looked in fine form in his last outing when he defeated Demarques Jackson by second round knockout. The fight promises to be a clash of styles as six of Lemminger鈥檚 wins have come by knockout.

Elsewhere on the main card, English fighter Saul Rogers takes on MMA veteran Georgi Karakhanyan in what promises to be a thrilling lightweight contest. The exciting Rogers, from Bolton, will be looking to notch his 15th professional win in his 19th fight. His opponent Karkhanyan will be looking to continue his fine form since moving to the lightweight division in 2020 by extending his winning streak to three fights following impressive wins over Bryce Logan and Kiefer Crosbie.

On an evening filled with high class action, Alejandro Lara takes on DeAnna Bennett in a women鈥檚 flyweight contest that promises to produce fireworks; undefeated American Grant Neal takes on countryman Alex Polizzi in the light heavyweight division; and Ben Parrish looks to hand Christian Edwards his first professional defeat in another all-American clash.

All the action comes live from the SAP Center, San Jose, California.
