How to cope better with what others think of you
Jealousy, rudeness, lack of respect - it can be hard not to be troubled by the way people treat us. Sneha in India asked American writer and teacher Gary Zukav about dealing with jealous people who have caused her years of distress. He asks her to consider that these people aren't actually the cause of the pain she is experiencing but rather it is her own fear and advises her that trying to change or control what other people do is futile.
