‘Use international criminal law to stop ecocide’
The 1946 International Military Tribunal in Nuremberg found high ranking Nazis guilty of war crimes, crimes against peace, crimes against humanity and conspiracy to commit those crimes.
It laid down the principles of international criminal law that are still fundamental to the international justice today.
