Watch Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer condemn the PM's response to a video of his staff joking about a Christmas party last year.
Speaking at PMQs, he said "we've all watched the video". He said "it's obvious what happened - Ant and Dec are ahead of the prime minister on this".
