"It's really great after the building being so empty" - we meet one of the community groups making a difference in St Austell.
One of the best things about Cornwall is how many people are willing to pitch in and help you when you need a bit of support.
It's the volunteers who'll teach you a new skill... or helping you find food or clothes... or just give you a bit of company.
Our presenter Jack Murley has been to meet some of the people providing just that sort of support in St Austell - and hearing why the uncertainty of the pandemic and the run-up to Christmas has made them busier than ever.
