Mikayla Collins, from Chelmsford, has been living in a hotel for two weeks, after her home was flooded with several months' worth of sewage.
The owner of the property, Sanctuary, has "sincerely apologised" for the inconvenience and has arranged a deep clean so Mikayla can return home.
