It's the sort of sport that is guaranteed to get the heart racing, and is open to absolutely everyone.
So if you're looking for something new to try in the week, maybe wheelchair basketball could be the thing for you?
The Cornwall Cougars meet each week at Truro, and would love for more people to come along and play.
And the best thing is, absolutely everyone is welcome - as our weekend presenter Jack Murley found out when he paid them a visit.
