Surviving Mariupol - "we had the perfect life"
Mariupol has become the most heavily bombed and damaged city in Ukraine's war with Russia - having suffered the brunt of sustained Russian attacks.
Nadia says, when Russia started shelling civilian areas of the city, she had no choice but to pack up and leave with her three children. Food had run out and nights in their flat were freezing after explosions shattered their windows. Nadia says it was a 'living hell' not knowing whether you were going to wake up dead or alive. She and her family made the perilous journey out of Mariupol for sanctuary in the western city of Lviv - 50 miles from the Polish border.
