"It was frightening how many were struggling in the shadows" - Ross Jackson-Hicks on Man Down's Ben Nevis log-carry challenge
In just a fortnight's time, Ross Jackson-Hicks is going to be part of a group of Cornish men doing something truly extraordinary for charity.
They're going to be lugging a log up Ben Nevis to raise money for the Man Down charity that he co-founded to help raise money and awareness for men's mental health.
And, as you're about to hear, the work the organisation does has only become more important during the pandemic.
Our weekend presenter Jack Murley has been finding out more.
