Ralph Rimmer – The View from the Top Table
Ralph Rimmer has been at the heart of Rugby League governance for over a quarter of a century and has been Chief Executive of the RFL, the games ruling body since 2018. But he announced this week that his time at the helm is coming to an end, and he’ll leave his role at the end of the year. Here he talks openly and honestly about his time in charge, the things he got right, the things he got wrong, and how he guided the sport through some difficult times during the pandemic. He discusses how he deals with the abuse he receives, and also reveals how he once put Richard Burton to bed!
