The winter weather has arrived and lots of people are struggling with the cost of heating and other energy bills. For students - like Lucy and Georgia, who live in Cardiff - when and when not to turn up the thermostat can be a heated discussion. Radio 1 Newsbeat's Cost of Living correspondent, Rachel Stonehouse, has been to visit their student home. She shares her top tips, which could save the average home up to 拢500 a year.
