A baby otter has been rescued having been found under a stairway near Penzance harbour
A baby otter, found under steps in a warehouse near Penzance harbour is on his way to rehab in Devon. He's been named Pirate. He was picked up by Dan Jarvis from British Divers Marine Life rescue. Dan told Julie Skentelbery all about it.
