Full-length interview with Max Hill KC, the Director of Public Prosecutions

The Director of Public Prosecutions Max Hill KC speaks to Joshua Rozenberg about his five years as head of the Crown Prosecution Service.

Max Hill tackles topics ranging from prosecuting rape and failings in forensic science, to the Anne Sacoolas case where justice was achieved remotely, and the new offence of failing to prevent economic crime.

He also responds to the call from some police chief constables for the police to have a greater say in charging decisions. Mr Hill breaks the news that he will not seek a second term as DPP.
