'Some of the criticism that came was because of my colour'
Former England striker Les Ferdinand speaks openly about his time as Queens Park Rangers' director of football, saying criticism he faced within the job was because of his colour.
Ferdinand stepped down from his role after eight years in June, telling Chris Kamara and Ben Shephard that he stayed in it a bit longer as he felt like he "was a trailblazer".
Earlier this year a report by the Black Footballers Partnership found that only 4.4% of black employees held management-related positions.
