Hemsby: ‘We thought we’d be safe’
The high tides and strong winds that caused an access road to collapse into the sea has caused shock to people in Hemsby. Nobody had forecast the damage that hit the coastline - it now means the next lot of homes on the cliffs are being assessed for their structural integrity. Great Yarmouth Borough Council say they are supporting residents. Andrew Turner went to meet some of the people whose houses have been affected.
