One of the jewels in the West Midland's arts crown is the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra.

The CBSO is known around the world in classical music circles, but it's now keen to connect to Birmingham more than ever before.

There's been a reshuffle at the top as they set out their plans for the future.
