West Norfolk tenant felt broken by 10k fees
A woman from West Norfolk says she was left feeling broken after being charged thousands in unlawful fees to rent a home. Elizabeth Murray signed a contract agreeing to pay for services including professional carpet, chimney and oven cleaning. She told Robby West more.
