Norwich charity has minibus vandalised
A Norwich disability charity says it's devastated to have been targeted by vandals. The Hamlet's specially adapted minibus is used to take users to and from activities but the charity says wiring has been pulled out from under the steering wheel and damaged - in a failed attempt to steal it.
