A statue for Snips, Lincoln's fundraising dog
Snips was a familiar sight in Lincoln in the 1950s when his owner charged people a penny to pet the Sealyham terrier. It raised thousands of pounds for charity and now a statue of Snips is to be unveiled in the city's Cornhill.
