Norfolk: Free bus travel for all with disabilities
Thousands of people using disabled bus passes in Norfolk will be able to travel for free, 24 hours a day 7 days a week from February. It's a big change for the 14,500 pass holders in the county and their companions. Beforehand, the pass could only be used off peak.
