Are fake spices on the shelves of Norfolk?
Your everyday kitchen spices may not be exactly what they say they are. That’s according to the findings of an investigation done by The Food programme. They have road tested a new portable device that can check the authenticity of spices within a matter of seconds. So what does that mean for us in Norfolk? Andrew Turner's been speaking to Sri Haran from World of Spice in Great Yarmouth. He says their supplier checks all products before they're sent out.
