Thousands breaking speed limit on Norfolk roads
Speedwatch volunteers clock thousands of people every year breaking the speed limit on Norfolk’s roads. Because they’re volunteers, the information they gather can’t be used to prosecute drivers. But one of our MPs wonders if that should change. Andrew Sinclair reports.
