Thetford rickshaw to combat loneliness
Free rickshaw rides are being introduced in a Norfolk town to help people struggling with loneliness to get out and about.
It’s been launched by The Rickshaw Revolution and Norfolk Community Foundation after seeing success in Bury St Edmunds.
Volunteers are also being sought to help run the service, including providing friendship on the rides.
Billie Lawler from the Norfolk Community Foundation hopes the idea will spread across Norfolk.
