Jake Humphrey appeals for help for Norfolk readers
A new initiative is being launched to help Norfolk adults who can鈥檛 read. Over 71,000 adults in Norfolk struggle with basic literacy, which can impact on everything from paying the bills to supporting children鈥檚 learning.
