Unused legacy lifeboat: 鈥業t鈥檚 disgusting鈥�
The RNLI鈥檚 first 鈥榣egacy lifeboat鈥� has still never been used eight months after its delivery. The 鈥楪eorge and Frances Phelon鈥� was named after a couple who bequeathed 拢3m to the charity. At present, the vessel has never been used in a rescue. The family and former lifeboat members are questioning why.
