Legal action over village's 'monstrous' internet poles
The High Court has given Broadway residents a judicial review over the developments, and the decision to allow 22 broadband poles to be erected outside people's homes.
The wooden poles are up to 11 metres tall, and were placed along footpaths.
It follows protests when they were erected last November. Wychavon District Council say they will "present their case accordingly, once a date for the hearing has been set", which is expected to be October.
Tom Edwards reports, from the Worcestershire village.
