Hear what happened as the Princess Royal was welcomed with open arms by the faithful city, visiting the new 拢35million A&E Department at the Worcestershire Royal Hospital.

Matt Hutchinson reports only days after the 73-year-old returned to royal duties, following a stay in hospital herself.

She got a tour of the new facility, greeted emergency care staff and unveiled a plaque to declare the building officially open.

Princess Anne also visited The Three Counties Showground in Malvern, where she opened the new Kildare Hall.
