'I went to work and dug up a bomb'
The Worcester gardeners caused a stir on Stephenson Road, resulting in a 100m cordon with their unintentional and very surprising discovery! So much so, the Bomb Squad was needed.
James Dobson was at work tending to a garden, when Paul Probert noticed something unusual in his digger bucket. They first thought it was a bottle of fizzy drink, before they realised they needed to alert the authorities.
They tell Tammy Gooding how they can now look back on the incident with a smile!
