La Tomatina: The origins of Spain's huge annual tomato fight
Every year, thousands of people in Buñol, Spain throw tomatoes at each other on the last Wednesday of August. It all began in 1945, when teenager Goltran Zanon and his friends started a tomato fight in the streets of the town.
Goltran is the only one of those boys still alive. His daughter, Maria Jose tells Stefania Gozzer about the festival's origins.
