James Collins lives with Hyper Ventilation Syndrome as a result of repetitive head injuries, and is one of 500 people suing the RFU, World Rugby and Welsh Rugby Union over brain injuries.
Both tell Tammy Gooding their poor health following incidents that led them to leave the sport.
The rugby authorities say the safety of players has always been their number one priority.
