This is what Dom Joly did before Trigger Happy TV
What did Dom Joly do before his hit comedy series Trigger Happy TV?
Speaking to Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Radio 5 Live's Matt Chorley, Dom explained how he was fired by the broadcaster for staging comedic stunts when out interviewing "junior ministers".
On one occasion he asked a group of his friends to dress up as clowns and stage a fight behind Paddy Ashdown, the former Liberal Democrat leader.
Dom confessed: "ITN were less amused when they found out I staged them".
Dom was the first guest on Matt Chorley's new feature '2PMQs' - where he invites a guest to Parliament to watch Prime Minister’s Questions.
You can listen to the new Matt Chorley show from 2pm every weekday.
