Discover how a Hollywood star, who's also been in The Hobbit, is coming to the Herefordshire/Welsh border, as part of the Hay Festival Winter Weekend.

Luke Evans' film credits include Clash Of The Titans and Beauty And The Beast, alongside numerous West End appearances. His trip to Hay including an in-depth conversation with Carol Voderman about his childhood growing up in the Welsh Valleys.

The switch-on ceremony in Hay-on-Wye will start from 5pm at the town's Memorial Square, on Friday 29th November 2024.
