Are you an optimist? Comedian and presenter Mel Giedroyc certainly is!

Mel joined Nuala McGovern on Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Radio 4's Woman’s Hour to share why she’s an eternal optimist, calling it both her best and worst trait.

Every year, she believes in willing good things to happen and always looking for the positive, even if it sometimes leads to disappointment.

Mel shared that for nearly four decades, her friend and comedy partner Sue Perkins has lovingly laughed at her unwavering belief that it’s going to be a good year for the both of them.

Mel also spoke to Nuala about why she’s enjoying hosting the new TV version of the game show Pictionary.
