Why there are concerns about spray foam insulation
Homeowners with spray foam insulation are struggling to sell or re-mortgage, with a quarter of the UK's biggest mortgage providers refusing to lend against properties with the foam in their roof, according to a Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú investigation. As many as 250,000 homes across the UK are believed to have this insulation - which could have been fitted by rogue traders, but also legitimate companies, under the previous government's Green Homes Grant Scheme.

We find out about alternative options, including wool insulation.
