Hyrox is one of the fastest growing sports globally, and could become an Olympic event, according to fitness trainers in Worcestershire.

Since the first race in Hamburg attracted 650 participants, the movement has seen rapid growth, with more than 40 global races in 2023, attracting over 90,000 athletes and 50,000 spectators.
