Ketamine was once known as a party drug, associated with the club scene. But there's growing evidence to suggest that things have changed. A study by NHS England suggest its use among school children more than doubled in the decade to 2023. Ketamine is a powerful horse tranquiliser and an anaesthetic - but it can cause serious bladder damage if it is misused.
