Talking Movies meets Ben Whishaw for his new movie 'Peter Hujar's Day'
Ben Whishaw is one of the UK's best-known actors - partly because of his roles in franchises such as 'Paddington' and 'Bond.'
His latest film is his second collaboration with American director Ira Sachs, which premiered recently as the Berlin International Film Festival.
He stars as New York photographer Peter Hujar in 'Peter Hujar's Day.'
Rebecca Hall plays writer Linda Rosencrantz, who wrote a book after asking her friend Hujar to write down all his experiences during one day in 1974. The film is a reflection on the vibrant artistic life of New York in the 1970s.
Tom Brook met Ben Whishaw, and director Ira Sachs, for Talking Movies.
