Jo Hardy
Go-getter Jo Hardy is a 'jack of all trades' and tries to be a master of all of them too.
Grammar schoolgirl Jo grew up in Kent, and decided that she wanted to be a vet at 16 - realising that she could help people through helping their animals.
She is a hard-working student, an accomplished musician, used to be a model, a competitive horse rider, and more recently was nominated as an ambassador for her home town, Miss Royal Tunbridge Wells.
Jo's headstrong determination means that she is tries hard to do her very best for her tutors, prospective employers and animal patients whilst on her rotation year. But when starting her rotations, she is down-heartened when she is not perfect at everything, which tends to happen at vet school!
When she qualifies she'd like to combine her Christian faith with her new skills, to volunteer as a veterinary missionary for a Christian aid charity "World In Need" before settling into a career back home or wherever the world may take her.
