Andrew "Drew" Galloway is a Scottish professional wrestler, best known for his tenure with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) under the ring name Drew McIntyre.
The crown jewel of Insane Championship Wrestling
His wrestling training began at the age of 15, and would lay the foundations of a successful wrestling career.
He became a regular in British Championship Wrestling (BCW), using the gimmick "Thee" Drew Galloway, winning the Heavyweight Championship twice.
In 2006 Drew won the inaugural Heavyweight Championship after defeating Darkside and Allan Grogan in a 3-way match at ICW: Fear & Loathing.
He would hold the title until July 2007.
Competing as Drew McIntyre in WWE, Galloway won the Intercontinental Championship – traditionally a springboard for the American company’s brightest young talents.
But his near eight-year stint with WWE ended in June and now he is spearheading the rise of IWC.
He is the crown jewel of Insane Championship Wrestling and is on mission to put Glasgow’s wrestling on a global stage.
