India鈥檚 Supreme Court has overturned a colonial-era law that criminalised homosexuality. The judges said a controversial law dating from colonial times on gay sex was irrational and arbitrary. An LGBT activist told the programme that Thursday鈥檚 announcement was a 鈥渉istoric鈥� moment.
