The Sudanese military has signed an agreement with the opposition designed to end months of unrest since the overthrow of President Omar al Bashir.

Also in the programme: Sanctions have been imposed on the commander of Myanmar's army, over what the US calls the ethnic cleansing of Rohingya Muslims, and the first scientific review of its kind has concluded that menstrual cups are safe and effective.
