Former FBI agent John E. Douglas is an expert on serial killers. He spent years interviewing imprisoned murderers to try to understand their psychology. Through that he hoped he'd be able to help police officers solve crimes. But the gruelling work took its toll on John. Andrea Kennedy spoke to him about how his mental health began to crumble and very nearly cost him his life.
